Knowing what options will support you in sticking to this change is not easy. This is where I come in. By structuring a menu based on those choices that are new to you, showing you creative ways to eat what you love, taking the guilt out of this transition to eating to live no longer living to eat.
You will receive a Custom Menu created with your Nutritional needs in mind. Creating a menu plan is something I have personally recommended for years. It is one of the key strategies that I use to save time in the kitchen; stay focused during the week; and stay on course with Healthy food practices. This session will be conducted through a online virtual platform or via Telephone. Includes a 4 week menu for 3 meals each day plus daily snack options. Discounts available for Recurring bookings. Price reflected is for a 4 week menu option.
What is our Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of our products and services, which include; physical products,
downloadable videos, digital documents, worksheets, workbooks and tools, and/or streaming videos,
online bundle packages, memberships and subscriptions, as well as live events and client interactions
both online and face to face, as a rule and unless otherwise stated in the terms of purchase for any
particular product or service, all fees payable and due are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
A request for a refund can be made within Fourteen (14) days of purchase.
All physical products purchased and shipped are non-refundable.
What is our cancellation Policy?
Recurring Bundle Packages, Memberships and/or subscriptions services sessions purchased can be cancelled at any
time by giving written notice of your cancellation, but not less than Seven (7) days before your next
Bundle Package, Membership or Subscription payment is due. Cancellation requests can be sent to our support
team via our ‘Contact Us’ page, or via your User Account where applicable. Details of how you can manage your
Membership or Subscription account and payment options will be sent to you via email when you purchase the service.
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before your next payment is due, will be processed the following month.
(I.e. after the next payment is made)
Is recurring Billing Available for this course or Session?
When purchasing a Bundle Package, Membership or Subscription service,
you are authorizing Lisa M Jean-Pierre, LLC to charge your approved credit card
each month for the fee agreed to, over the term of your Bundle Package,
Membership or Subscriptionor Service Session or until your Bundle Package,
Membership or Subscription or Service Sessions expires or is cancelled.
You can manage your recurring payment options in your User account
or you can send a request to support via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
We do not offer refunds on Membership or Subscription services already
provided or currently being provided. Membership, Subscription service Session
paid for in advance, where a discount on the Monthly fee has been provided, are non-refundable.
