Yoga has become a staple in my everyday fitness routine. It offers a fluidity and softness that most programs I subscribed to in the past, did not offer. Most people don’t realize that Yoga is a powerful tool for muscle growth and definition. After losing over 95 pounds in the past 2 years, I have amped up my Personal practice the give my new physical form subtle definitions of tone,without being too muscular.
